Terms of Service

Hello I’m Pidge and I offer Retexturing as well as Unity set up. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to reach out to me. I am still learning so there might be something that I am unable to do.I have a variety of avatar bases that I own, and offer retexture commission on. But if you don’t see it in my list it will have to be purchased. The price of the base will be added to the final commission price. This goes for any assets as well that I don’t own. Any clothing must be for the base of your Commission as I do not offer any sorts of blender work yet.Payments are handled through PayPal Invoices. I don’t accept payment in any other forms. This is to keep you and I safe. I will tell you the final price before sending an invoice. It will have to be paid in full before any work starts. Once paid you will be added to my list of commissions. If there is anything added to the commission after the original price it will be expected to be paid before obtaining the package or Texture Files.Please have some basic unity knowledge when commissioning me, otherwise ask for the commission to be uploaded to your account upon asking for a commission. You will still get a copy of the files if asking for an upload. I don't mind troubleshooting something if it breaks or is broken on you receiving the files, but I will not be walking you through on how to upload. If you need a hand on uploading, I have a how to upload a commission channel where there is a guide and some commonly asked questions.Please tell me what you would like on the commission within your ticket. This includes but is not limited to if you just want the texture files, Questing, Upload. I will not go asking would you like this or that unless I think that your commission would look nice with it. If you have any questions on what things are I am happy to answer.I am not responsible for anything that might / will break when using my commissions due to VRChat Updates to IK or other systems that effect Avatars.

Some things to note

• You will be asked to show to proof of purchase for any bases, assets and even textures that are involved within the commission.
• My work is not to be resold or made public. They are for your personal use only.
-- If you would like to commission me on a commercial licence, please contact me and we can talk about it.
• You can Stream and make content with your commission.
-- If you do please reach out to me so I can send you a little image for your about area.
• I do not have a Delivery date for commissions, I will get to yours when I get there. This is due to some commissions taking longer than others.
-- If there is a deadline for a commission, please come talk to me about it.
-- I do offer what I call an emergency commission. See Pricing
-- Small Tip: The faster I get answers back from WIP the faster the work will be done.
• All commissions have a 10% of total cost fee.
-- The reason for this is that I spend a lot of time on commissions, it also helps cover the PayPal fees.
• Commission Files will only be stored on my OneDrive for 6 Months after the final Date.
-- Unity files are quite large and take up a lot of my storage space. Once I have given you your files it is your responsibly to keep a copy.

What you can expect from me

• A rough colour to confirm layout and colour of the retexture.
• Screenshots of the process along the way.
• Screen Shot of it within unity and VRChat as it always looks different within the software.
• You will also be notified when I am starting your commission as well if I run into any issues.

I Send my files Via OneDrive and they will be Compressed using 7Zip

• Unity Files - Versions will be split
• A Premade Cover Image
• A copy of you custom retexture in PNG Format
• SPP Files

How to Commission me

I tend to miss DM messages from time to time so I run my commissions via a ticket system in my discord server. This way I am able to keep on top of everything and not lose anyone in the mix.Join the discord and open a Coms wanted ticket and follow the steps provided.
